1、本科及以上学历，1年以上UGC平台策略运营、内容运营或产品运营经验者优先； 2、熟悉UGC内容生态，对内容创作、流量分发及用户消费等场景有独立思考的能力，精准识别核心问题； 3、熟练使用Excel、SQL等工具，能从数据中定位问题、提炼洞察并转化为可落地的策略方案； 4、具备较强的目标感、沟通协作能力，对主流UGC平台运营玩法有研究。
