日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助团队围绕大学生真实需求、成长选择及校园节点，参与内容创作项目的选题策划、创作机制设计与全流程执行； 2、寻找、筛选有潜力的大学生创作者，持续维护核心创作者池，了解创作者的内容方向、创作状态与成长需求，进行日常建联与沟通； 3、参与创作者创作者选题讨论、内容打磨及创作进度跟进，推动优质创意顺利落地； 4、协助管理核心创作者社群，策划轻量级的社群互动活跃氛围，沉淀运营反馈，持续优化创作者激励与成长机制； 5、参与抖音校园官方矩阵账号的日常运营，协助优质内容的包装、发布、数据跟踪与复盘。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的内容审美和网感，对人物故事、青年成长、职业选择等内容有敏感度，能精准捕捉同龄人的需求点和兴趣点； 3、具备较强的信息搜集、人物沟通和项目推进能力，有视频创作、自媒体运营、人物采访、校园媒体或创作者运营相关经验者优先； 4、每周出勤4-5天，能连续实习4个月以上者优先。
