1、持续关注大学生的真实处境、青年情绪和社会话题，负责品牌内容及青年Campaign的洞察、主题策划与核心概念创作； 2、深入校园、项目和真实人物，完成采访、调研和故事征集，将一手素材转化为具有共鸣和传播价值的内容； 3、围绕核心主题策划文章、人物短片、社交话题和青年参与行动，打造具有品牌辨识度的代表作品； 4、推动创意从方案走向发布，协调创作者、设计、视频、传播及合作资源，对内容质量和项目效果负责； 5、关注内容发布后的公众讨论和青年反馈，持续判断值得长期关注的议题，完善品牌的青年表达。

1、本科及以上学历，一至三年内容策划工作经验； 2、对青年群体和社会情绪保持敏感，具备较强的选题判断和议题提炼能力，能够提出清晰、有传播力的内容概念； 3、具备优秀的中文写作、采访和叙事能力，能够从真实人物与一手素材中提炼出有力量的内容； 4、兼具内容创意与项目推进能力，能够独立完成方案，并协调多方推动项目落地； 5、长期关注公众号、抖音、B站等内容平台，对不同内容形式和传播方式有自己的判断； 6、有青年内容、人物报道、社会议题或品牌Campaign代表作品者优先，投递时请附两至三个项目案例，并说明本人承担的具体工作。
