1、负责健身、徒步、跑步、攀岩等兴趣圈层的活动IP策划与运营，通过活动带动用户参与、内容发布、社群互动和圈层传播；结合抖音内容场景，设计用户愿意发布、愿意晒、愿意转发的内容机制，让活动不只发生在群内或线下，也能在站外形成话题、作品、案例和传播声量，形成活动IP； 2、深入运营圈层用户、主理人、领队、教练、达人、组织者等关键角色，理解他们的兴趣动机、身份表达、组织关系和传播需求，挖掘可被放大的用户故事、圈层梗、内容模板和活动主题；基于圈层用户洞察，设计有参与感和传播力的活动机制，包括活动主题、玩法规则、用户路径、内容发布机制、激励体系、榜单/徽章/证书等活动资产； 3、持续观察年轻用户、兴趣圈层和内容社区中的新玩法，提炼适合抖音兴趣圈层的活动IP方向，将有效活动沉淀为可复用的玩法模板、运营SOP和案例资产；通过活动运营和深度用户运营，帮助平台识别和扶持一批有组织力、有内容力、有用户影响力的圈层主理人，推动他们持续发起活动、经营社群、带动用户表达。

1、有强活动策划能力，能基于用户洞察设计活动主题、玩法机制、参与路径、传播钩子和用户激励，而不是只套用打卡、评选、抽奖等常规玩法；有较扎实的活动运营或活动策划经验，独立参与或主导过完整活动项目，熟悉活动从创意策划、机制设计、资源协同、过程运营到复盘沉淀的完整链路； 2、具备用户运营意识，能够深入理解用户为什么参与、为什么表达、为什么留下，以及什么样的人能在圈层里带动他人；有深度用户运营能力，愿意下场和用户、主理人、群主、达人、组织者沟通，能从真实用户反馈中发现活动机会和内容传播点； 3、对内容和年轻用户表达有敏感度，理解用户为什么愿意发内容、晒成果、参与话题、拉朋友加入，能把活动设计成可被传播的内容产品； 4、有结构化复盘能力，能判断活动为什么有效、哪里无效、哪些动作可以复制、哪些依赖特殊资源，并沉淀为可复用方法； 5、有内容平台、社区平台、品牌用户活动、创作者活动、生活方式活动、兴趣社群、运动户外活动经验者优先，但不作为硬性要求。
