团队介绍：负责抖音知识，兴趣，消费，生活，娱乐等垂类的创作者运营，主要目标为提升抖音内容供给，探索多元化的作者变现和商业模式，促进多领域的创作者更好地在平台经营和成长。同时也包括抖音中长视频、演出相关业务。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与垂类UGC和PGC创作者的运营，建立并维护创作者社群，及时响应创作者诉求； 2、结合大盘数据挖掘具有爆发潜力的消费趋势与热门话题；参与策划打卡活动，激发普通用户进行内容创作； 3、参与创作者激励活动的策划与执行，通过激励成长、流量扶持、创作打卡等策略方法，带动创作者活跃度与投稿量提升； 4、参与跨部门项目协作，配合产品、算法、市场等团队推进垂类运营项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、熟悉抖音平台生态与内容玩法，对流行文化、创作者趋势等有基本了解； 3、逻辑性较强，做事灵活，能够举一反三，具备基本的数据分析能力，熟悉SQL基础逻辑可优先； 4、有较好的文字表达能力，有内容运营、社群运营、创作者运营相关实习经验者优先； 5、有较强的自驱力和责任心，沟通直接高效，可以多线程工作； 6、实习时长：每周实习4天及以上，稳定实习3个月以上。
