1、负责国际化生活服务业务中UGC投稿的规模化增长，培养用户在生活服务场景下的投稿认知、表达意愿与内容生产习惯，持续提升内容供给规模、质量及作者活跃； 2、结合生活服务行业特征及不同国家/地区的用户内容偏好，制定投稿内容的风格标准、内容方向与质量规范，搭建适配目标用户群体的玩法、激励机制及成长体系，并设计面向商家、用户两端的运营方案，促进优质内容的持续产出； 3、关注国际市场生活服务内容趋势、用户表达方式及创作者生态变化，识别重点国家/地区的内容机会点，挖掘具有本地特色和可传播性的内容主题，提升平台在本地生活场景下的内容渗透与用户认知； 4、建立并持续优化国际化UGC运营指标体系，基于数据监测、用户反馈和活动复盘，迭代内容策略、运营机制和增长路径，为业务在不同市场的长期发展提供方法论沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上创作者运营、内容运营、社区运营或平台运营经验，有生活服务、内容社区、本地生活或国际化业务相关经验者优先； 2、具备本地化运营意识，能够结合区域文化、语言环境、节日节点、商家生态与用户习惯，推进内容标准、活动玩法、激励机制及沟通方式的本地化落地； 3、具备严密的逻辑思维能力和优秀的沟通表达能力，能够清晰定义问题、拆解目标，并与跨职能、跨区域团队高效协作，推动复杂项目落地； 4、具备较强的策略能力和执行力，能够对结果负责。
