1、负责管理FBT渗透率业绩目标及达成进度，包括招商进度管理、线索完整度及质量管理等，输出分析并明确归因； 2、深度洞察商家关键体验痛点、功能及政策需求，发掘解锁渗透增长的关键机会，转化为解决方案并推进落地实施； 3、牵头并统筹协调涉及商家关键体验、权益、定价/补贴、行为规范相关的跨域项目，对项目产出有效性负责； 4、支持业务内部沟通及关键项目追踪，负责横向团队协作及市场教育。

1、本科及以上学历，具备管理咨询、商业分析、或策略PMO经验，有战略/分析和业务背景者优先； 2、具备国际化物流平台工作经验、了解仓配业务者，及具备电商相关的工作经验，对电商物流及其相关领域有认知者优先； 3、分析基本功扎实，具备结构化拆解复杂问题、整合及洞察信息能力；沟通能力强，有解决方案意识； 4、英语可作为工作语言，熟悉其他欧洲当地语言加分。
