1、负责英国及欧洲市场商家与消费者的端到端物流体验，建立并持续完善体验指标体系，深入研究物流体验痛点，识别问题根因，推动改善措施落地； 2、设计面向电商前台商家端及消费者端的物流解决方案，整合4PL、3PL及其他物流服务能力，统筹平台物流规则、业务流程、服务标准与异常处理机制的设计，持续优化时效表达、物流详情展示、商家发货及退货等正逆向履约能力； 3、结合英国及欧洲市场的业务特点、用户需求与行业实践，协同各方推动PUDO、CBT分段网络等重点项目落地，促进物流模式升级和履约效率改善。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上物流管理工作经验，具备跨区域、跨文化工作经验者优先； 2、深入了解电商卖家、履约服务、国内物流及相关行业，有电商企业或国际物流公司工作经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的分析思维能力，熟悉数据分析工具； 4、具备出色的沟通能力、跨团队协作能力及项目管理能力； 5、具备创新思维，能够主动通过创新手段解决复杂问题。
