1、负责TikTok Shop内容电商重点业务方向的技术规划与方案设计，围绕业务目标制定可执行的技术路线图与迭代节奏； 2、持续交付业务结果，对方向内的项目优先级、资源协同、风险控制和交付质量负责； 3、主动发现增长机会，基于数据、用户路径、产品信息与历史复盘提出方向建议，制定产品路径图并推动落地； 4、与产品、运营、算法、数据、设计、QA、客户端、SRE等跨职能团队紧密合作，推动关键项目达成一致并高质量交付； 5、在方向内进行方法论沉淀与团队能力建设，培养团队成员的业务意识、数据意识与负责人意识。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上业务团队技术负责人经验优先； 2、具备强业务理解与目标拆解能力，能围绕GMV、转化漏斗、流量分析等核心指标拆解关键问题并制定落地策略； 3、具备数据意识，理解漏斗分析、实验设计、归因分析等增长分析方法，能用数据驱动方向判断与迭代决策； 4、具备优秀的沟通协作与跨团队协调能力，联动上下游实现目标达成； 5、结果导向、结构化思维强，能在不确定性中判断优先级，平衡短期交付与长期能力建设； 6、有直播/内容电商/交易/增长相关经验者优先。
