1、负责TikTok Shop内容电商链路中的复杂技术项目落地，保障端到端方案可行、可交付、可稳定运行；与产品、运营、客户端、算法、数据、QA、SRE等团队密切合作，推动跨团队共识达成与项目闭环交付，并在关键节点对方案质量与风险负责； 2、主导跨场域技术专项的架构设计与落地，把关新系统的领域建模、系统拆分、关键链路与接口设计，确保架构长期可演进； 3、负责TikTok Shop内容电商全局稳定性与性能治理，建立并持续优化核心链路的监控、告警、追踪、容量与应急体系；识别并治理架构债务与线上风险，推动链路重构、核心域收敛、接口治理、数据一致性与可观测性能力建设； 4、沉淀平台化、标准化、可复用能力，提升整体研发效率与交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上后端研发/系统架构相关经验，具备优秀的系统设计与工程落地能力； 2、后端基础扎实，熟悉分布式系统与高并发架构设计，理解并能实践幂等防重、限流熔断、降级兜底、缓存、异步化等治理手段； 3、具备复杂系统架构与稳定性治理经验，能搭建或完善质量稳定性体系（监控告警/链路追踪/容量/压测/演练/灰度/容灾/SLO）； 4、具备强负责人意识与跨团队推进能力，能在多业务/多系统/多团队协作环境下推动方案落地并对结果负责； 5、逻辑清晰、结构化表达良好，能对业务逻辑合理抽象与拆解，做出清晰的架构取舍与风险判断； 6、有电商/交易/支付/直播/高并发业务经验者优先。
