1、负责AI Native产品与系统级软件的交互体验设计，探索AI时代新的交互范式，将复杂产品逻辑、AI Agent工作流、多模态输入输出抽象为清晰、自然、可落地的交互体验； 2、围绕手机为主、多设备协同的Ecosystem场景，定义跨设备一致性体验框架； 3、主导0→1探索型项目，从问题定义、概念设计、原型验证到方案落地全链路推进，与产品、算法、工程、视觉、动效及硬件团队协作，推动体验方案从概念走向产品化； 4、持续关注AI产品、OS体验与新交互模型的发展，沉淀可复用的方法、原则与Guideline。

1、5年以上UX/Experience Design经验，设计、人机交互、计算机或相关专业背景优先； 2、具备强系统思维，能从Ecosystem而非单一页面/流程视角定义体验问题； 3、有AI产品、手机OS、系统级软件、多设备协同、语音/多模态交互或新硬件体验设计经验者优先； 4、有0→1探索型项目经验，能够在不确定性中提出假设、快速验证并推动落地； 5、具备优秀的交互表达能力和作品集叙事能力，能清晰说明设计判断、取舍与结果； 6、熟练使用Figma等设计工具，具备ProtoPie/Framer/SwiftUI/AI Coding等原型能力者优先，有良好的跨团队沟通能力，能推动产品、设计、工程团队达成共识。
