1、负责字节跳动广告平台类产品的UX设计工作，包含PC、移动端等，致力于为用户提供良好的平台操作体验； 2、能精准理解业务需求，交付成熟创新的交互与UI解决方案； 3、从业务和用户诉求出发，合理拆分为设计解法，高效落地并验证，具备框架抽象的能力； 4、对业务现状和行业产品高度关注，自驱挖掘设计机会，推进设计想法落地，助力业务增量； 5、善于处理和设计、产品、技术、测试等配合团队的沟通问题，高效推进方案落地； 6、参与系统级规范及体验原则制定，具备跨平台横向视角，能为团队提供专业建议，输出专业沉淀分享。

1、本科及以上学历，设计及人机交互相关专业，具备良好的用户体验Sence和设计审美； 2、3年以上的互联网产品设计经验，有ToB类商业产品设计经验者优先； 3、设计基本功扎实，具备出色的交互和UI设计能力；熟悉Web、App规范；精通Figma 、Sketch等设计软件； 4、具备良好的业务理解力，逻辑思维及结构化能力、学习能力、沟通与协作能力，心态开放； 5、坚持设计质量高标准，追求交互严谨性、设计高还原度，对线上真实体验负责； 6、有强烈的目标感，自驱力强，能把控项目进程，高效执行，能拿结果；不自我设限，积极总结沉淀方法，追逐设计前沿，保持创新精神。
