1、产品策略与跨端生态建设：负责TikTok Web端（PC/Desktop）的产品规划与体验升级，基于“大屏”交互特性制定差异化策略；致力于将Web端打造为内容消费与创作的阵地，实现Web端与App端的生态互通与协同增长；设计无缝的跨端连接体验，打通Web端与App端的账号体系与内容消费历史；构建高效的端内转化路径，实现双端流量的相互促进与价值最大化； 2、用户体验（UX）创新：深入挖掘PC端用户的浏览习惯与交互模式（键鼠操作、多任务场景），主导大屏沉浸式消费体验的优化；通过重构界面布局、导航体系与快捷交互，提升用户在Web端的停留时长与留存率； 3、创作者生态赋能：负责搭建并完善Web端专业创作工具链（视频上传、编辑、数据分析、直播管理），满足专业创作者及机构（PGC/MCN）在桌面环境下的高频生产与精细化运营需求； 4、全生命周期管理：主导从需求分析、方案设计、开发联动、上线验证到持续迭代的完整产品生命周期管理，协调设计、工程、数据、运营等多方资源，确保高质量、快节奏的交付； 5、全球化与性能优化：面向全球市场推进产品本地化，与工程团队紧密合作优化Web性能（加载速度、PWA能力）及浏览器兼容性，确保产品在全球复杂网络环境与多语言文化下的优质体验与合规性。

1、经验要求：互联网产品经验，具备扎实的To C Web端产品设计或内容平台实操经验；有视频流媒体、社交媒体PC端或创作者工具（SaaS）相关经验者优先； 2、产品思维：具备敏锐的PC/Web产品思维，深刻理解桌面端与移动端的用户行为差异；能够将Web技术特性（如PWA、大屏交互）转化为独特的产品优势，在页面设计与工程实现之间形成高效闭环； 3、数据驱动：数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，善于通过数据分析与A/B测试验证假设；能够构建清晰的Web端核心指标体系（如留存、时长、生产效率）并以结果为导向推动迭代； 4、策略能力：能在复杂业务场景中构建深度策略，平衡“内容消费体验”与“创作者工具效率”的双重需求，关注长期价值与体系化增长； 5、综合素质：具备优秀的跨团队协作与项目推进能力；英语流利（可作为工作语言），具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力，有国际化工作背景者优先考虑。
