1、驱动开发与维护：负责Linux/Android平台下WiFi驱动（Host/Bus driver，SDIO/PCIE/USB）的移植、Bring-up及功能开发；维护wpa_supplicant，hostapd等上层协议栈； 2、核心功能攻关：深入理解并优化WiFi扫描、连接、认证（WPA2/WPA3）、漫游（Roaming）、P2P/NAN等核心功能模块； 3、疑难问题排查（Troubleshooting）：主导WiFi相关死机、断流、吞吐跌落、连接失败等疑难问题的分析与解决；通过Firmware Dump、Sniffer Log、Driver Log精准定位根因； 4、性能与功耗优化：针对弱网、强干扰场景优化抗干扰算法与速率控制（Rate Control）；结合低功耗业务场景（如TWT，WoWLAN）优化底电流与系统续航； 5、跨平台/RTOS协同：参与或协助RTOS侧（如BES/MCU）WiFi功能的开发与联调，优化异构系统间的网络通信机制。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上Linux/Android驱动开发经验，精通C/C++编程，熟悉Linux内核架构； 2、WiFi协议专精： 1）深刻理解IEEE 802.11协议族（a/b/g/n/ac/ax），熟悉802.11帧结构、状态机流转及物理层特性； 2）熟悉Android/Linux Wireless子系统框架（cfg80211，mac80211，nl80211）； 3、平台经验：熟悉Android WiFi架构（Framework，HAL，wpa_supplicant，driver）的交互流程； 4、调试能力：具备出色的Troubleshooting能力，熟练使用OmniPeek，Wireshark，tcpdump等工具分析空口数据包；能独立分析Kernel Panic和Firmware Crash。
