1、参与Windows/macOS端直播推流SDK与实时音视频处理框架的设计与开发； 2、负责高性能音视频链路、图形渲染、编码推流、图像算法优化等模块建设，推动直播、RTC、特效渲染等业务能力落地。

1、扎实的C++开发能力，熟悉现代C++（C++11/14/17）； 2、熟悉FFmpeg、多媒体编解码流程； 3、熟悉TCP/UDP网络协议与实时传输机制； 4、熟悉音视频采集、编码、渲染、推流整体链路； 5、熟悉常用图像算法、视频处理、GPU图形渲染相关技术，且熟悉以下至少一种图形API：Metal/D3D/OpenGL； 6、具备较强的性能与效果问题定位与性能优化能力。

加分项： 1、有直播、RTC、推流SDK、视频编辑器等相关项目经验； 2、熟悉GPU纹理共享、异步渲染、多线程图形架构，有Metal/D3D渲染优化经验，熟悉OpenCL/CUDA/Vulkan等GPU计算框架； 3、熟悉AVFoundation、MediaFoundation、CoreVideo、DirectX等平台能力； 4、有低延迟音视频传输、弱网对抗经验； 5、熟悉H264/H265、YUV/RGB色彩空间与视频渲染流程； 6、有跨平台SDK架构设计经验优先。
