1、洞察第一视角数据在XR/AI中的关键机会（如行为理解、长期记忆、意图预测等），设计数据驱动的能力路径，以最高效的方式扩充与标注高价值数据，构建数据壁垒； 2、设计并实施从数据采集、处理、标注、训练到模型部署与线上评估的自动化数据流水线，与算法和工程团队紧密协作，实现模型与数据的快速迭代与闭环优化； 3、积极与业务算法协作，理解空间定位/人机交互/感知等算法的研发流程和数据应用情况，深入挖掘各类用户场景下的潜在需求，以数据驱动业务优化，增强业务迭代效果与竞争力； 4、跟踪数据科学、计算机视觉、大模型数据生产等前沿技术动态，引入先进方法，提升团队整体数据能力； 5、沉淀数据生产、处理与分析的最佳实践，形成技术文档与知识体系，赋能团队。

1、计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上研发经验；有计算机视觉、计算机图形学、深度学习、计算成像或相关技术领域相关工作经验； 2、熟练掌握计算机视觉、计算机图形学、深度学习相关算法，在多模态数据合成、SLAM、SFM等一个或多个方向有深入研究； 3、具备大模型数据经验，了解大模型数据生产工艺，具备使用大模型工具（如Agent、RAG）进行数据生产和分析的能力，具备数据闭环的项目经验； 4、有较强的好奇心、学习能力和团队协作能力，善于发现问题，能够积极推动问题的分析和解决； 5、对AI与XR融合的未来趋势有深刻理解，能敏锐捕捉数据在其中的核心价值，勇于突破传统方案，主动发掘数据价值的新方向/新场景。

加分项 1、有自动驾驶/机器人/XR等相关的数据生产方案的开发经验，特别是处理过头戴设备采集的第一视角数据； 2、有数据生产经验； 3、在国际会议或期刊（包括但不限于SIGGRAPH、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV等）上发表过论文者优先。
