1、定义并设计开发新一代XR影像视觉算法，包含人眼视觉以及机器视觉以及大模型在XR产品中的应用； 2、完成算法原型开发及工程化开发、AI算法部署落地，包括但不限于量化、蒸馏、剪枝；规格评估以及效果验证； 3、根据系统的软硬件约束，对算法进行优化，达成延迟以及功耗的要求； 4、与多职能团队或者供应商合作进行联合设计和验证。

1、微电子、电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业硕士及以上学位； 2、熟悉ISP中相关算法原理，或者熟悉常用的AI 视觉网络，包括但不限于传统ISP、AI-ISP以及CV加速； 3、有比较扎实的Python或者MATLAB编程能力，熟练掌握C/C++者优先； 4、有钻研精神、优秀的批判性思维以及逻辑/推理能力； 5、具备优秀的书面和口头沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够与团队成员和外部供应商互动沟通。

加分项： 1、有图像算法异构或硬件加速开发背景加分； 2、有AI算法部署落地经验加分，包括但不限于量化、蒸馏、剪枝； 3、有消费电子方面的经验加分； 4、有领导国内和国际供应商的经验加分。
