1、负责《初音未来：缤纷舞台》游戏项目港澳及韩国地区的活动及商业化运营； 2、排期规划：统筹繁中版与韩服的双版本运营日历；结合日服原生活动进度，针对不同节点和经营目标，设计差异化的卡池投放节奏与复刻方案；通过日服原生数据以及台韩本地化数据理解、产品及用户理解，进行提前商业化资源储备； 3、端内外商业化体系搭建和落地：根据数据分析和用户结构、地区玩家不同的付费习惯，设计高转化率的商业化方案（包括不仅限于礼包、卡池等），在不破坏游戏经济平衡和用户体验的前提下提升端内外商业化表现和用户付费体验； 4、商业化活动和功能设计：提供针对台韩用户的本地化运营活动、功能调整的建议及方案，并与研发团队配合进行落地； 5、日本版权方监修沟通：负责商业化方案的中文监修资料准备，向日本版权方阐述本地化商业化的合理性，争取更灵活的运营权限。

1、3-5年游戏产品商业化运营经验，至少经历过1款二次元/音乐/女性向/抽卡养成类手游稳定运营的全流程商业化工作； 2、具备港澳台或者韩国地区的游戏运营经验； 3、对数据敏感，具有一定的数据分析能力，能与数据分析师配合，通过关键数据指标驱动，倒推运营策略提升空间； 4、具备优秀的用户洞察能力，理解《初音未来：缤纷舞台》游戏的核心用户画像、理解用户付费动因和深层需求； 5、具备优秀的沟通能力、逻辑化的表达能力；具备清晰的决策推演习惯，能将偶发问题系统化。

加分项： 1、流利的韩语或者日语能力者加分； 2、音游玩家或VOCALOID文化爱好者加分； 3、心理学爱好者加分。
