1、负责在研女性向游戏客户端、服务端的质量保障工作； 2、参与项目需求和技术方案评审，制定测试计划和用例，负责客户端、服务端双端测试，推动缺陷修复与验收； 3、构建和维护测试环境，搭建自动化功能测试、性能测试和服务器压力测试平台，开发和维护测试脚本； 4、制定测试规范和质量标准，跟踪客户端帧率、内存、加载耗时及服务端响应时间、吞吐量等指标，协助定位问题与性能瓶颈； 5、负责测试工具和效率工具研发，结合AI辅助用例设计、测试数据生成和问题分析，提升测试效率与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业； 2、有扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握C#、Lua、Python等至少一门语言，能够独立开发测试脚本和工具； 3、熟悉Unity引擎，具备客户端调试及Linux操作系统使用经验； 4、具备性能、兼容性和稳定性测试经验，能从业务规则及客户端与服务端交互中识别风险； 5、具备持续学习和创新意识，勇于尝试新技术和新方法，能合理运用AI辅助测试工作。
