A C-LEVEL GROUP é um grupo especializado em inteligência no recrutamento. Através da divisão C-LEVEL EXECUTIVE, atuamos com recrutamento de posições de alta liderança, conselho e posições estratégicas nas empresas.

Estamos assessorando uma empresa de médio porte do segmento de infraestrutura rodoviária na busca por um(a) Diretor(a) Operacional / Comercial, com sólida experiência em obras de pavimentação, terraplenagem, gestão de contratos e relacionamento comercial com concessionárias de rodovias.

Buscamos um executivo com visão estratégica, forte domínio técnico e financeiro, perfil hands-on e experiência em reestruturação operacional (turnaround), capaz de liderar operações complexas, promover eficiência, fortalecer a governança e impulsionar o crescimento sustentável do negócio.

O profissional terá atuação estratégica e operacional, integrando as áreas de Engenharia, Operações e Comercial, com foco em gestão de P&L, desenvolvimento de equipes e aumento de receita.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar a estratégia operacional e comercial da companhia, assegurando o alinhamento entre planejamento, execução e resultados financeiros.
  • Conduzir processos de reestruturação operacional, promovendo melhorias de eficiência, produtividade, controle de custos e rentabilidade.
  • Gerenciar operações de infraestrutura rodoviária, incluindo obras de pavimentação asfáltica, fresagem, terraplenagem e restauração de pavimentos.
  • Supervisionar a gestão de contratos, garantindo cumprimento de prazos, qualidade técnica, produtividade e margens previstas.
  • Implementar e acompanhar controles de custos por obra, assegurando a análise sistemática de orçado versus realizado e a identificação de desvios.
  • Atuar na gestão estratégica das operações de pedreiras, usinas de asfalto e equipamentos pesados, buscando otimização de recursos e redução de desperdícios.
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento comercial com concessionárias de rodovias, identificando novas oportunidades de negócios e negociando contratos rentáveis.
  • Atuar em parceria com a Diretoria Financeira na gestão orçamentária, análise de resultados e implementação de planos de melhoria.
  • Reportar indicadores, resultados operacionais e planos de ação à alta administração e aos sócios da companhia.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Civil.
  • Experiência sólida em posições de liderança de operações de infraestrutura rodoviária.
  • Vivência em gestão de contratos e relacionamento comercial direto com concessionárias de rodovias.
  • Conhecimento técnico e operacional de usinas de asfalto, pedreiras e gestão de equipamentos pesados.
  • Domínio de engenharia de custos, planejamento orçamentário, análise de rentabilidade e controle de orçado versus realizado.
  • Experiência na gestão de resultados financeiros, com conhecimento de DRE, margens de contribuição e indicadores operacionais.
  • Vivência em liderança de equipes multidisciplinares, gestão de mudanças e melhoria de processos.
  • Capacidade de atuar de maneira estratégica e hands-on, com presença nas operações e tomada de decisões baseada em dados.

  • Pós-graduação em Gestão Empresarial, Gestão de Projetos, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência em projetos de turnaround, reestruturação operacional ou recuperação de rentabilidade.
  • Vivência em ambientes de transformação organizacional, implantação de governança e profissionalização da gestão.
