A C-LEVEL GROUP é um grupo especializado em inteligência no recrutamento. Através da divisão C-LEVEL EXECUTIVE, atuamos com recrutamento de posições de alta liderança, conselho e posições estratégicas nas empresas.

Estamos assessorando uma empresa do segmento financeiro automotivo na busca por um(a) Gerente de Auditoria Interna, com sólida experiência em instituições financeiras, gestão de riscos, controles internos e governança corporativa.

Buscamos um profissional com visão estratégica, perfil analítico e atuação hands-on, capaz de liderar a agenda de Auditoria Interna, fortalecer o ambiente de controles e contribuir com recomendações relevantes para o negócio.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar o planejamento e a execução do Plano Anual de Auditoria Interna, considerando os riscos e objetivos estratégicos da instituição.
  • Conduzir auditorias em processos financeiros, operacionais, corporativos e regulatórios.
  • Avaliar a efetividade dos controles internos, identificar riscos e propor melhorias nos processos e mecanismos de governança.
  • Elaborar relatórios executivos, apresentando resultados, recomendações e planos de ação à alta administração e aos comitês.
  • Acompanhar a implementação dos planos de ação, assegurando a efetividade das medidas adotadas.
  • Atuar em interface com as áreas de Riscos, Compliance, Controles Internos, Finanças e Jurídico, preservando a independência da Auditoria.
  • Garantir a aderência dos processos às normas e regulamentações aplicáveis às instituições financeiras.
  • Aprimorar metodologias, ferramentas e práticas de Auditoria Interna, utilizando dados e indicadores para apoiar a tomada de decisão.
  • Gerenciar a equipe de Auditoria e atuar em alinhamento com as diretrizes da matriz internacional.

Requisitos

  • Inglês fluente
  • Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia, Direito ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em Auditoria Interna, preferencialmente em bancos, instituições financeiras ou empresas reguladas pelo Banco Central.
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes e condução de projetos de auditoria.
  • Conhecimento de auditoria baseada em riscos, controles internos e governança corporativa.
  • Conhecimento de processos financeiros, bancários e regulamentações do setor.
  • Vivência na elaboração de relatórios executivos e apresentação de resultados à alta liderança.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em bancos de montadoras ou financeiras do setor automotivo.
  • Passagem por empresas Big Four, com atuação em auditorias de instituições financeiras.
  • Conhecimento dos requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis aos segmentos S3 e S4.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de dados e metodologias de auditoria baseada em riscos.
  • Experiência em multinacionais e relacionamento com matrizes internacionais.
