A C-LEVEL GROUP é um grupo especializado em inteligência no recrutamento. Através da divisão C-LEVEL EXECUTIVE, atuamos com recrutamento de posições de alta liderança, conselho e posições estratégicas nas empresas. Estamos assessorando uma empresa na busca por um Head de Logistica e Operações, com forte foco estratégico em logística, supply chain e gestão de operações complexas.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar a área de Logística e Operações, com maior enfoque em logística.
  • Estruturar, implementar e acompanhar planos logísticos.
  • Conduzir projetos logísticos onsite e à distância.
  • Atuar na interface com áreas de Supply Chain, Operações e Engenharia.
  • Garantir eficiência operacional, organização dos processos e melhoria contínua.
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com stakeholders internos e externos, incluindo clientes e parceiros estratégicos.

Requisitos

  • Inglês fluente.
  • Experiência sólida em logística automotiva.
  • Conhecimento em Supply Chain, Logística e Operações.
  • Vivência com projetos logísticos e operacionais.
  • Boa capacidade de relacionamento comercial.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em São Paulo/SP.
