Estamos assessorando uma empresa do segmento financeiro automotivo na busca por um(a) Gerente de Folha de Pagamento e Facilities, com sólida experiência em Administração de Pessoal, Folha de Pagamento, gestão de serviços corporativos e liderança de equipes.

Buscamos um profissional com visão estratégica, atuação hands-on, capacidade analítica e foco em eficiência operacional, capaz de assegurar a excelência dos processos de RH, Facilities, Frota, Comunicação Interna e Eventos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua e a transformação do negócio.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar as operações de Administração de Pessoal e Folha de Pagamento, garantindo precisão, cumprimento de prazos e conformidade com a legislação trabalhista.
  • Gerenciar os processos de folha, benefícios, controles internos e demais rotinas de Administração de Pessoal.
  • Coordenar a gestão de Facilities e infraestrutura corporativa, assegurando a qualidade dos serviços de manutenção, limpeza, segurança e suporte aos colaboradores.
  • Gerenciar a frota corporativa, incluindo contratos, fornecedores, custos, manutenção e controles operacionais.
  • Liderar iniciativas de Comunicação Interna, Endomarketing e Eventos Corporativos, promovendo o engajamento e o alinhamento com a cultura organizacional.
  • Administrar contratos, fornecedores e orçamento das áreas sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementar soluções para aprimorar os processos.
  • Garantir a aderência dos processos às políticas corporativas, controles internos e requisitos de compliance.
  • Atuar em interface com diferentes áreas da organização e stakeholders internacionais, apoiando projetos de transformação.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em Administração de Pessoal, Folha de Pagamento e gestão de operações de RH.
  • Experiência em posições de liderança de equipes.
  • Conhecimento consistente da legislação trabalhista, rotinas de Administração de Pessoal e processos de benefícios.
  • Vivência em gestão de serviços corporativos, contratos, fornecedores e controles orçamentários.
  • Conhecimento de sistemas integrados de gestão, preferencialmente SAP.
  • Experiência com indicadores operacionais, controles internos e melhoria de processos.
  • Inglês avançado.

  • Experiência em bancos, instituições financeiras ou empresas do segmento financeiro automotivo.
  • Experiência em gestão de Facilities, infraestrutura corporativa e frota.
  • Atuação em empresas com operações estruturadas de serviços compartilhados ou serviços corporativos de RH.
  • Experiência em Comunicação Interna, Endomarketing, organização de eventos corporativos e ações de engajamento.
  • Vivência em projetos de transformação organizacional.
