1、开发化学反应实验方案、实验配方生成模型，实现反应试剂、催化剂、溶剂、温度、时间、加料顺序及操作步骤等实验要素的智能设计； 2、研发反应条件推荐与优化算法，包括贝叶斯优化、主动学习、强化学习及多目标优化等方法； 3、面向多肽合成、小核酸合成和高分子合成等不同反应体系，构建具有针对性的算法模型与工作流； 4、将算法模型集成至智能科研或自动化实验平台，支持实验方案生成、自动执行、结果回流和模型迭代的闭环优化； 5、与计算化学、合成化学、材料及自动化实验团队协作，推动算法在真实研发任务中的验证与应用； 6、撰写算法说明、技术报告、模型评估报告及相关验证文档。

1、计算化学、计算机科学、人工智能、化学信息学或其他相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、具备良好的编程能力，熟练使用Python，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等一种或多种深度学习框架； 3、熟悉机器学习与深度学习基础，了解Transformer、图神经网络（GNN）、大语言模型（LLM）等模型； 4、对生化反应、实验条件及实验流程具有一定理解，具备化学反应预测、实验方案生成或反应条件优化相关经验； 5、熟悉Gromacs等计算化学软件，并对解析反应机理具有一定的了解； 6、熟悉贝叶斯优化、主动学习、强化学习、多目标优化或生成式模型者优先； 7、具有多肽合成、小核酸合成相关研究经验者优先； 8、具有化学文献数据挖掘、反应数据库建设、化学信息学工具开发或自动化实验平台对接经验者优先； 9、发表过相关领域顶刊论文者优先； 10、具备良好的跨学科沟通、问题分析和快速原型开发能力，能够与算法及实验团队高效协作。
