1、持续追踪全球 AI for Science 前沿发展动态，覆盖国内外顶尖科研机构、核心科研团队、科学大模型、公共技术平台及产业资本布局流向，常态化收集、梳理行业数据与标杆案例，搭建并持续迭代院内AI4S行业情报数据库，为战略研判提供持续数据支撑。 2、围绕院内四大核心赛道：生命科学、新材料、地球科学、人文智能基础模型，开展常态化产业调研、竞品对标、技术路线与产品矩阵分析，总结行业发展规律、技术迭代趋势与商业化路径，输出结构化、结论导向的行业研究与标杆分析报告。 3、系统跟踪国家、上海市关于人工智能、新型科研体制、产学研融合、大模型创新应用等相关政策文件，精准解读政策导向、扶持方向与监管要求，结合院所业务布局开展政策影响评估，输出政策研判与落地建议。 4、承接院内战略研究、专项课题、汇报材料撰写工作，独立完成行业研究报告、政策专报、决策参考、顶层规划与对外汇报文稿，能够提炼关键观点与落地建议，支撑院所战略制定、项目布局、上级汇报与对外合作。

1、硕士及以上学历，理工科、产业经济、公共政策、管理科学等相关背景优先，对AI+科学交叉领域具备认知基础。 2、具备2年及以上产业研究、管理咨询、券商投研、行业智库、产业分析相关工作经验；优秀硕士应届生、科研院所研究助理经历可适当放宽。 3、具备极强的信息筛选、归纳收敛与逻辑提炼能力，能够从海量零散资讯、文献、案例中总结趋势、提炼观点、形成结构化结论，杜绝简单资料堆砌与内容搬运。 4、熟练掌握中英文文献、行业报告、前沿会议、企业动态检索渠道，写作逻辑严谨、表述专业，可独立完成完整研究报告与专项文稿。 加分项： 具备AI for Science、生命科学、生物医药、新材料、地球信息等相关研究背景；拥有头部咨询、券商、智库独立撰稿、课题结题、报告发布经验者优先。
