1、拥有生物学、药理学、细胞生物学或相关专业博士学位。 2、具备5年以上制药或生物技术行业研发经验，全程参与并推动过至少1个小分子研发项目，经历从靶点识别到临床申报的关键阶段。 3、专业知识： 1）深入理解疾病相关信号通路及其与适应症的关联，具备解决未满足临床需求的科研视角。 2）具有扎实的湿实验室操作经验，能够有效设计、执行并审核相关生物学实验。 3）具备CRO管理与协作经验，能独立推动外部研究合作。 4、能力素质： 1）具备优秀的跨职能团队协作能力和项目协调经验，能够领导小型科研团队或研发模块。 2）逻辑清晰，注重细节，坚持以事实和数据为依据的决策方式。 3）具备出色的沟通表达能力，能够高效整合资源、推动问题解决。 4）对药物研发充满热情，具有强烈的责任感和团队精神，以达成团队目标为优先。
