Nossa área de Infrastructure Serv

O time é responsável pelo projeto, implantação e operação do ambiente de redes, voz e datacenter do C6 Bank, composto por uma infraestrutura híbrida entre datacenters on premises e cloud. Somos um time 100% mão na massa, com a missão de manter os produtos do banco funcionando 24x7.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Atuar na administração, sustentação e evolução dos ambientes de rede e conectividade do banco;
  • Realizar ativação, configuração, hardening e upgrades periódicos de equipamentos de acordo com as políticas estabelecidas, utilizando ferramentas de automação como Ansible e Terraform;
  • Administrar e realizar troubleshooting avançado em ambientes de Routing & Switching utilizando protocolos como BGP, OSPF, HSRP, BFD, STP, LACP e vPC;
  • Implementar e manter soluções de segurança de rede utilizando ACLs, VRFs, VPN IPSEC e clusters de firewalls;
  • Atuar na conectividade entre ambientes on-premises e Cloud, com foco em AWS e conhecimento desejável em OCI e GCP;
  • Configurar e solucionar problemas relacionados a Direct Connect, VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables, Transit Gateways e Peerings;
  • Realizar troubleshooting de ambientes Multicast (PIM e IGMP), incluindo cenários de baixa latência e plataformas de trade;
  • Implementar e manter soluções de monitoramento utilizando SNMP, Grafana, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch e ferramentas correlatas;
  • Atuar no atendimento de incidentes críticos, análise de causa raiz e implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Planejar e executar mudanças em ambientes de produção durante janelas de manutenção;Trabalhar em conjunto com operadoras de telecomunicações, fabricantes e provedores de cloud para tratativa de incidentes e suporte especializado;
  • Participar da definição e implementação de melhorias contínuas na infraestrutura, visando maior eficiência, disponibilidade e resiliência dos ambientes.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Experiência atuando como Analista/Engenheiro de Infraestrutura Sênior em ambientes de grande porte;
  • Vivência em infraestruturas híbridas integrando Datacenters on-premises e múltiplos Cloud Providers;
  • Conhecimento avançado em redes corporativas, protocolos de roteamento, switching e segurança;
  • Experiência com troubleshooting avançado e resolução de incidentes de alta criticidade;
  • Experiência com automação de infraestrutura utilizando Ansible, Terraform ou ferramentas similares;
  • Perfil com forte senso de ownership, autonomia e capacidade de conduzir demandas de ponta a ponta;
  • Inglês avançado para abertura e acompanhamento de chamados junto a fabricantes e provedores;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na região central de São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
