Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Liderar e desenvolver o time de Assessores de Investimentos da região de Brasília;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance, garantindo o atingimento dos resultados comerciais e de qualidade;
  • Atuar de forma próxima ao time, apoiando na gestão de carteira, relacionamento com clientes e identificação de oportunidades de negócios;
  • Realizar acompanhamento, feedbacks e desenvolvimento contínuo dos colaboradores, contribuindo para a formação e evolução do time;
  • Apoiar a gestão na definição e execução das estratégias comerciais da região;
  • Garantir a excelência no atendimento e a adequada execução dos processos e direcionamentos da área;
  • Realizar visitas a clientes e prospects em conjunto com os assessores;
  • Acompanhar o cenário econômico e as movimentações do mercado, promovendo disseminação de conhecimento para o time.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Certificação CEA ativa (obrigatória);
  • CFP (diferencial);
  • Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial;
  • Experiência com liderança de times de Assessoria de Investimentos;
  • Perfil comercial e fortes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
