¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

  • Gestionar de manera autónoma los procesos de administración de personal, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral y las políticas internas.
  • Garantizar la correcta ejecución de la nómina, beneficios sociales y obligaciones laborales, identificando y resolviendo incidencias oportunamente.
  • Gestionar los procesos de contratación, renovaciones, desvinculaciones, control de asistencia y vacaciones, asegurando una adecuada gestión documental.
  • Analizar indicadores de People, identificando tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones.
  • Impulsar e implementar mejoras y automatizaciones en los procesos de People, incorporando herramientas digitales y soluciones de inteligencia artificial que optimicen la eficiencia operativa y mejoren la experiencia del colaborador.
  • Coordinar con stakeholders internos y externos la ejecución de iniciativas, auditorías y requerimientos laborales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Brindar asesoramiento a líderes y colaboradores en materia laboral y procesos de People, anticipando necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones efectivas.

Lo que estamos buscando:

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios.
  • Bachiller o titulado en Administración, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en administración de personal, gestión de nómina y procesos laborales, preferentemente en empresas de servicios.
  • Conocimiento sólido de legislación laboral peruana, cálculo de nómina, beneficios sociales y obligaciones laborales.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado y herramientas de gestión de nómina y administración de personal.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la implementación de soluciones de automatización y mejora de procesos, utilizando herramientas digitales y de inteligencia artificial para optimizar tareas, reducir tiempos operativos y generar eficiencias.
  • Capacidad analítica para interpretar información, identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.
  • Autonomía, organización y criterio para priorizar responsabilidades, anticipar riesgos y gestionar procesos de principio a fin.
  • Proactividad, orientación a resultados y mentalidad de mejora continua.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, colaboración y orientación al cliente interno para trabajar eficazmente con diferentes stakeholders.
