🎯 Misión del Rol

Como Talent Acquisition Specialist, tu misión será liderar la búsqueda y atracción del mejor talento para Cabify en Colombia, enfocándote en roles estratégicos y de impacto. Serás clave en la construcción de equipos diversos y de alto rendimiento, asegurando una experiencia candidata excepcional y contribuyendo al crecimiento de nuestra cultura.

🛠️ ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de sourcing innovadoras para atraer perfiles senior y especializados, utilizando diversas plataformas y metodologías.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento, desde la definición del perfil junto a los hiring managers hasta la oferta y onboarding, asegurando la eficiencia y calidad del proceso.
  • Actuar como consultor estratégico para los líderes de negocio, asesorándoles en la planificación de personal, tendencias del mercado y mejores prácticas de adquisición de talento.
  • Analizar métricas clave de reclutamiento (tiempo de contratación, calidad del hire, experiencia candidata) para identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.
  • Contribuir activamente a la mejora continua de nuestros procesos de selección, employer branding y herramientas tecnológicas de Talent Acquisition.

🔍 Lo que estamos buscando

  • Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años en roles de Talent Acquisition, preferiblemente en entornos dinámicos, tecnológicos o de alto volumen.
  • Dominio del ciclo completo de reclutamiento, con fuerte expertise en sourcing de perfiles complejos y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Capacidad demostrada para analizar datos de reclutamiento y transformarlos en insights accionables para la toma de decisiones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia, tanto en español como en inglés (nivel avanzado).
  • Formación universitaria en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afines.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) y herramientas de sourcing avanzadas.
