La Caisse d’Assurances Mutuelles du Crédit Agricole (CAMCA) est la compagnie d’assurances du Groupe Crédit Agricole qui assure les Caisses régionales et les filiales du Groupe pour leurs biens et responsabilités. Elle propose également des produits d’assurances parabancaires (20 millions de contrats), assurances en inclusion des cartes bancaires (20 millions de contrats), ainsi que des garanties financières telles que la caution de prêt habitat (170 Mds€ d’encours garantis).

Rattaché(e) au Responsable CDS/Directeur Technique, vos activités principales seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer l’expertise technique sur le logiciel VEOS 2 dans le cadre de projets de transformation ou de maintenance évolutive
  • Participer à l’analyse des besoins métiers et à la traduction technique dans VEOS

  • Concevoir, développer, tester et intégrer des solutions techniques sur la plateforme VEOS
  • Assurer le support de niveau 2-3 sur les incidents complexes liés à VEOS
  • Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles, les développeurs et les partenaires externes
  • Participer à la rédaction de la documentation technique et fonctionnelle
  • Réaliser une veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues
  • Production des KPI de suivi de l’activité CDS (résolution des incidents, time to market des évolutions)

Compétences techniques requises

  • Maîtrise du logiciel VEOS 2 (connaissance approfondie de ses modules et de son architecture)
  • Connaissances solides en systèmes d’information du secteur assurantiel
  • Maîtrise des langages de scripting ou de paramétrage propre à VEOS
  • Connaissance des bases de données (SQL, Oracle)
  • Expérience en intégration d’API, web services, et outils de gestion des flux
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes.
  • Connaissance de la réglementation DORA, RGPD : sécurité et questions juridique liée aux TIC
  • Maîtrise d’Excel : niveau avancé

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique, systèmes d’information ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum sur des projets liés à VEOS dans le secteur d ’assurance
  • Esprit d’analyse, rigueur, autonomie, sens du service.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et de travail en équipe
  • Une certification ou formation VEOS serait un plus.

Atouts supplémentaires

  • Expérience dans un environnement Agile/DevOps
  • Connaissance de logiciels métiers en assurance (CLEVA, SAP Assurance, etc, ...).
