La Caisse d’Assurances Mutuelles du Crédit Agricole (CAMCA) est la compagnie d’assurances du Groupe Crédit Agricole qui assure les Caisses régionales et les filiales du Groupe pour leurs biens et responsabilités. Elle propose également des produits d’assurances parabancaires (20 millions de contrats), assurances en inclusion des cartes bancaires (20 millions de contrats), ainsi que des garanties financières telles que la caution de prêt habitat (170 Mds€ d’encours garantis).

Camca Assurance S.A., créée en 1997, basée au Luxembourg, est une compagnie d’assurance Non-Vie filiale du Groupe CAMCA (Caisse d’Assurances Mutuelles du Crédit Agricole, filiale du Groupe Crédit Agricole (CA), 1er bancassureur en Europe).

Camca Assurance est la 3ième compagnie d'assurance Non-Vie au Luxembourg, un des leaders de l'assurance caution des prêts à l'habitat en France.

Votre mission :

Vous apportez votre expertise juridique auprès des différents départements de la Compagnie

Vous émettez des avis et recommandations juridiques

Vous effectuez une analyse juridique globale des nouveaux produits et de leurs évolutions

Vous êtes en charge de la rédaction de la documentation contractuelle remise aux preneurs d’assurance

Vous analysez et rédigez les contrats qui engagent la compagnie, en veillant à leur conformité à la législation et à la protection des intérêts de la compagnie (contrats de prestation de service, contrats de courtage, traités de réassurance…)

Vous assurez la gestion des réclamations et des contentieux impliquant la Compagnie

Vous réalisez une veille juridique, examinant de près toute législation ou réglementation qui pourrait avoir un impact sur les activités de la Compagnie

Vous contribuez à l’élaboration de la Politique RSE et participez à la mise en place des actions afférentes (collecte des données au titre du Bilan carbone, actions de sensibilisation auprès des collaborateurs, animation des Comités RSE…)

Vous êtes en charge de la complétude des registres liés aux prestataires (EBA, DORA…)

Expérience

Vous disposez de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du Droit des Assurances, de préférence avec des connaissances en assurance affinitaire et/ou en assurance construction

Compétences recherchées

Vous faites preuve d’un esprit critique, d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et d’une grande sensibilité aux risques juridiques

Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve) et polyvalent(e)

Vous témoignez d’excellentes qualités d’expression et de communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
