La Caisse d’Assurances Mutuelles du Crédit Agricole (CAMCA) est la compagnie d’assurances du Groupe Crédit Agricole qui assure les Caisses régionales et les filiales du Groupe pour leurs biens et responsabilités. Elle propose également des produits d’assurances parabancaires (20 millions de contrats), assurances en inclusion des cartes bancaires (20 millions de contrats), ainsi que des garanties financières telles que la caution de prêt habitat (170 Mds€ d’encours garantis).

Au sein de la Direction des Assurances de Bien et de Responsabilités, nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Indemnisation Automobile qui sera directement rattaché au service Indemnisation et aura pour mission principales la gestion des sinistres matériels.

VOS MISSIONS

o Ouverture des dossiers sinistres dit matériel dans l’outil métier

o Analyse des garanties et des responsabilités

o Mission à expert avec délivrance prise en charge au garage

o Règlement des factures garage

o Discussion des responsabilités avec compagnies adverses si besoin

o Mise à jour de l’outil métier dès réception d’éléments nouveaux

o Emission de règlements aux tiers dans la limite des pouvoirs accordés

o Exercice des recours pour le compte de la CAMCA

o Activité de conseil auprès des Sociétaires

o Gestion des agendas pour suivi des dossiers

o Révision des dossiers en cours (provision, responsabilité, recours)

o Gestion des appels téléphoniques avec variété d’interlocuteurs

o Participation active à la vie d’équipe et au service

o Contribution aux différents projets du service : évolution du SI, Extranet, Procédures

VOTRE PROFIL

• Diplôme Bac +3 et plus

• Expérience de 3 ans minimum (hors alternance)

• Parfaite maîtrise de la Loi Badinter, des conventions professionnelles (Irsa) , Notion de la 4ème Directive (accident avec Tiers étrangers) , Droit commun

• Sens de la négociation et de l'organisation

• Polyvalence et adaptabilité

• Profil évolutif vers la gestion corporelle ou autres branches.
