La Caisse d’Assurances Mutuelles du Crédit Agricole (CAMCA) est la compagnie d’assurances du Groupe Crédit Agricole qui assure les Caisses régionales et les filiales du Groupe pour leurs biens et responsabilités. Elle propose également des produits d’assurances parabancaires (20 millions de contrats), assurances en inclusion des cartes bancaires (20 millions de contrats), ainsi que des garanties financières telles que la caution de prêt habitat (170 Mds€ d’encours garantis).

Au sein de la Direction Transformation et Fonctionnement et plus particulièrement de l’équipe Gouvernance, vous participerez à la préparation et à l’organisation des instances de gouvernance et au suivi des sujets Corporate et règlementaires du Groupe liés à la Gouvernance.

Gouvernance Corporate

  • Participation à l’organisation et au suivi des instances de gouvernance : conseils d’administration, comités spécialisés, assemblées générales
  • Préparation de la documentation juridique : ordres du jour, convocations, procès-verbaux, rapports et supports de gouvernance
  • Suivi des délégations de pouvoir et de signature
  • Contribution à la tenue des registres sociaux et au suivi de la vie sociale des entités

Conseil juridique et conformité Gouvernance

  • Réalisation de recherches et rédaction de notes juridiques en :

Droit des sociétés, réglementation assurance / financière en lien avec la gouvernance d’entreprise

Corporate gouvernance

  • Contribution à la mise à jour des référentiels internes de gouvernance.

Coordination et projets

Participation à des travaux liés à l’optimisation/ajustement du dispositif de Gouvernance

Votre profil :

  • Étudiant(e) en Master 2 spécialisé en : Droit des sociétés, droit des affaires, droit bancaire et financier, droit des assurances, compliance / gouvernance
  • Vous disposez de solides bases en droit des sociétés et manifestez un intérêt pour les enjeux de gouvernance des groupes réglementés
  • Des notions relatives aux aspects réglementaires de l’environnement assurantiel seraient un plus
  • Une première expérience en direction juridique, cabinet d’avocats ou environnement financier/assurantiel serait appréciée
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour : votre rigueur, votre esprit d’analyse, vos qualités rédactionnelles, votre sens de la confidentialité, votre capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Stage de 6 mois
  • Date de début : Janvier 2027
  • Localisation : Paris.
