Estamos construindo nosso Banco de Talentos para profissionais da área de Oncologia, com interesse em futuras oportunidades na cidade de São Paulo e região metropolitana.

Buscamos profissionais com experiência em consultoria técnica, suporte científico e relacionamento com profissionais e instituições de saúde, especialmente no segmento farmacêutico e de Ciências da Vida, com atuação relacionada à oncologia, terapias oncológicas e soluções voltadas ao tratamento de pacientes.

As oportunidades poderão contemplar diferentes níveis de senioridade e escopos de atuação, de acordo com o perfil profissional e as necessidades dos nossos clientes.

  • Formação superior completa em Farmácia, Biomedicina, Biologia, Enfermagem ou áreas correlatas da saúde, conforme os requisitos de cada oportunidade;
  • Experiência profissional na área de Oncologia, preferencialmente na indústria farmacêutica, em empresas de biotecnologia ou em segmentos relacionados à saúde;
  • Conhecimento sobre terapias oncológicas, tratamentos, medicamentos e protocolos relacionados à área;
  • Experiência em consultoria técnica, suporte científico, educação médica ou relacionamento com profissionais e instituições de saúde será considerada um diferencial;
  • Vivência no relacionamento com médicos oncologistas, equipes multidisciplinares, hospitais, clínicas ou centros de tratamento oncológico, conforme o escopo de atuação;
  • Habilidade para apresentar informações técnico-científicas de forma clara, ética e consistente, respeitando as diretrizes regulatórias e os limites de atuação profissional;
  • Conhecimento do mercado farmacêutico, das tendências em oncologia e do cenário de tratamentos oncológicos;
  • Boa comunicação, capacidade de argumentação, relacionamento interpessoal e orientação para resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em São Paulo – SP e região metropolitana, conforme a localização e as necessidades da oportunidade;
  • Perfil consultivo, proatividade, organização, pensamento analítico e facilidade para construir relacionamentos profissionais.
