Contratação CLT para empresa multinacional líder na categoria dedicada à dermatologia, atuação na Zona sul de São Paulo.

  • Atuar como HR Business Partner estratégico para as áreas de Dermatologia Terapêutica, Skin Care e Imunologia, assessorando lideranças em estrutura organizacional, gestão de talentos e decisões relacionadas a pessoas;
  • Conduzir os processos de gestão de pessoas de ponta a ponta, incluindo recrutamento e seleção, remuneração, desempenho, sucessão, desenvolvimento de equipes e planejamento de carreira;
  • Apoiar a estruturação e a melhoria de processos e políticas de RH, promovendo maior autonomia das lideranças, eficiência operacional e alinhamento às diretrizes corporativas;
  • Liderar iniciativas de Desenvolvimento Organizacional, incluindo revisão de políticas de desenvolvimento, capacitação de lideranças, identificação de talentos e implementação de programas de desenvolvimento;
  • Gerenciar as agendas de engajamento, cultura, Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão (DE&I), incluindo a coordenação da pesquisa Great Place to Work e o acompanhamento de planos de ação com as lideranças;
  • Apoiar processos de planejamento organizacional, gestão de desempenho e talentos, participando de reuniões de calibração e comitês de pessoas;
  • Analisar indicadores de RH e resultados das áreas atendidas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo ações alinhadas às prioridades do negócio;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e o acompanhamento do budget de pessoas, contribuindo para o planejamento de recursos e a tomada de decisões gerenciais;
  • Atuar em parceria com equipes locais, regionais e globais de RH, promovendo a implementação de iniciativas corporativas e a troca de boas práticas;
  • Garantir a aplicação das políticas e práticas de RH em conformidade com as diretrizes internas, a legislação trabalhista e os princípios de ética e confidencialidade.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Economia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente com atuação como HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Inglês avançado para comunicação com stakeholders e equipes globais.
  • Experiência generalista em RH, com atuação em gestão de talentos, desenvolvimento organizacional, engajamento e suporte estratégico às lideranças.
  • Conhecimento em processos de remuneração, estrutura organizacional e elaboração e acompanhamento de budget de pessoas.
  • Excelente comunicação, capacidade de influência, relacionamento interpessoal e posicionamento consultivo junto às lideranças.
  • Forte capacidade analítica, visão estratégica de negócio, autonomia, proatividade e orientação para resultados.
  • Agilidade, organização e capacidade de priorização para gerenciar múltiplas demandas em ambientes dinâmicos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em empresas multinacionais, preferencialmente nos segmentos farmacêutico, saúde, biotecnologia ou correlatos;
  • Conhecimento do sistema Workday;
  • Conhecimento da metodologia 9-Box, gestão de desempenho, identificação de talentos e planejamento sucessório;
  • Vivência em projetos de transformação organizacional, estruturação e melhoria de processos e implementação de boas práticas de RH;
  • Espanhol intermediário ou avançado para interação com equipes da América Latina.
