Estamos construindo nosso Banco de Talentos para profissionais da área de Marketing, com interesse em futuras oportunidades ao longo de 2027 na cidade de São Paulo e região metropolitana.

Buscamos profissionais com experiência em estratégias de marketing, planejamento e execução de campanhas, comunicação, posicionamento de marca, análise de mercado e desenvolvimento de iniciativas voltadas ao engajamento de clientes e ao crescimento dos negócios. Valorizamos experiências em diferentes frentes, como Marketing Digital, Marketing de Produto, Comunicação, Branding, Marketing Estratégico, Trade Marketing e Marketing de Conteúdo, especialmente nos segmentos farmacêutico, hospitalar, de biotecnologia e de Ciências da Vida.

  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Administração ou áreas correlatas, conforme os requisitos de cada oportunidade;
  • Experiência profissional na área de Marketing, preferencialmente nos segmentos farmacêutico, hospitalar, de biotecnologia, de Ciências da Vida ou em outros mercados relacionados;
  • Vivência em planejamento, desenvolvimento, execução e acompanhamento de estratégias e campanhas de marketing;
  • Conhecimento em Marketing Digital, gestão de canais digitais, produção de conteúdo, redes sociais e estratégias de comunicação, conforme a área de atuação;
  • Experiência com posicionamento de marca, análise de mercado, identificação de tendências e análise de concorrência;
  • Habilidade para desenvolver briefings, apresentações, materiais de comunicação e conteúdos alinhados às estratégias de marketing e aos objetivos do negócio;
  • Conhecimento em análise de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de resultados para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados, plataformas digitais, sistemas de CRM e ferramentas de gestão de campanhas será considerada um diferencial;
  • Experiência com gestão de projetos, relacionamento com agências, fornecedores e equipes multidisciplinares, conforme o escopo da oportunidade;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em São Paulo – SP e região metropolitana, conforme a localização e o modelo de trabalho da oportunidade;
  • Perfil criativo, analítico, organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados, com boa comunicação, visão estratégica e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
