本ポジションでは、モーター・バッテリー制御などの電力電子装備品、フライト制御、構造、空力及び認証など多岐に渡る技術分野の専門家と連携し、電子装備品から機体レベルに至るまでのEMC設計・シミュレーション解析・対策を推進して頂きます。 eVTOL（電動垂直離着陸機）には、航空管制レーダーなどの高強度放射電磁界（HIRF / High-Intensity Radiated Fields）※1 に曝されるリスクがあり、厳格な航空機規格（7,200V/m at 4-6GHz）に適合することが求められ、HIRF耐性が非常に重要な開発要素になります。また小型・軽量化・安価が求められる機体において、モーター、バッテリーなどの高電圧・高出力制御機器とフライト制御機器などが近接して搭載されるため、従来の航空機よりも厳しい電磁ノイズ干渉が懸念されます。 一方で航空機の製作には時間がかかるため、EMCのフロントローディングが必須であり、機体レベルの電磁界シミュレーションを駆使したEMC設計によって、可能な限り早期にEMC問題を解決し、最終段階でのEMC対策を最小化する必要があります。 未来の移動革命を主導する都市型エアモビリティを創り上げるという画期的なプロジェクトに参画できる貴重な機会を得られ、設計開発の上流から試験・対策・認証に至るまで、一貫してEMC性能の作り込みに携わるポジションです。この未来に向けた挑戦に一緒に取り組んで頂ける方を大歓迎します。 ※1：自動車業界ではイミュニティと呼ばれています。

業務内容

  • eVTOLの機体レベルから電装品（パワエレなど高電圧電装品やフライトコントローラーなど弱電系電装品など）に至るまでのEMC設計・対策を行って頂きます。業務範囲は個別の電装品やモジュールに留まらず、機体全体まで以下のとおり、幅広い業務に携わって頂く予定です。
  • eVTOLの機体構造、電装品、EWISの配置・配策を考慮したEMC設計・電装品への要求・仕様の策定
  • HIRFの機体内への電波伝搬のシミュレーション解析
  • モーターESC、バッテリー、フライトコントロール等のノイズ発生・伝搬経路の解析および対策
  • ケーブル配策、シールド、グラウンド、ボンディング、フィルタ等のEMC設計
  • サプライヤーや関連エンジニアと連携したノイズ性能の改善
  • 機体開発の上流工程からEMC設計を作り込み、設計 → 解析 → 試験 → 対策 → 認証まで一貫して推進する

必須スキール

  • 航空機、自動車、車載電子機器、産業機器、電力電子機器等におけるEMI/EMC設計・対策・評価の実務経験。特にモーター、インバーター、ESC、バッテリー等の高電圧電装品のEMC設計・ノイズ対策経験者は大歓迎
  • 開発上流でのEMC設計・ノイズ対策業務経験をお持ちの方。基板単体だけではなく、モジュールやシステム全体など複雑で広範囲なノイズ対策経験者。
  • シールディング、グラウンディング、ボンディング、フィルタ、ケーブル配策等のEMC対策経験
  • サプライヤを巻き込みながら航空機または自動車のノイズ性能改善、作り込みの実務経験

歓迎スキル

  • iNARTE EMC Engineer（EMC技術者）資格保有者
  • iNARTE EMC Design Engineer（EMC設計技術者）資格保有者
  • SAE ARP 5583A, RTCA DO 160 セクション 20/21など航空機のEMC関連規格知識
  • コミュニケーションレベルの英語力

雇用形態

  • 正社員、もしくは契約社員

  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

給与

  • 想定年収：430万円 - 815万円
  • 月給：359,000円 ~ 680,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 124,256円 ~ 235,451円を支給 ※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • 年収はスキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
