開発中のeVTOLにおける飛行規程（AFM）の策定および維持管理を担当していただきます。単なるドキュメント作成作業にとどまらず、設計部隊（システム・制御・HMI等のエンジニア）やテストパイロットと密に連携し、機体のシステム構造・動作ロジック・限界事項を深く理解した上で、それらを航空当局に認められる「飛行規程（AFM）」として定義・更新していく重要ポジションです。設計側の意図を的確に汲み取り、運航側・当局側に正しく伝わる技術文書へ落とし込める、架け橋としての活躍を期待しています。

  • 飛行規程（AFM）の策定・改訂・体系化 限界事項、通常/非正常/緊急手順、性能等のAFM構成要素の執筆およびバージョン管理 機体開発の進捗（設計変更やフライトテスト結果）に応じた規程内容の適時改訂
  • 設計部隊・フライトクルーとの技術連携 機体開発部から提出される設計仕様・技術文書・安全解析結果の内容を理解し、AFM記載内容へ展開 テストパイロットを含む機体開発部と協議し、「設計意図を踏まえた正確かつ安全な表記になっているか」の相互アライメント
  • 航空当局（JCAB / FAA等）対応 型式証明（TC）取得に向けたAFM関連の申請書類作成および審査対応 当局の審査官（Inspector）からのフィードバックに対する、設計部隊と連携した回答・修正対応

必須スキル

  • 航空業界における飛行規程、運用マニュアル、またはそれに準ずる高度な航空技術文書の作成・管理経験
  • システム図面や技術仕様書を読み解き、設計エンジニアと技術的な議論・調整ができる基礎的な航空技術知識
  • 日常会話レベル以上の英語力

歓迎スキル

  • TCやAOCにおける航空当局との折衝・審査対応経験
  • 操縦士ライセンス（事業用/自家用）の保有、またはパイロットとの業務上の連携経験
  • 飛行試験に携わったご経験
  • テストパイロットや運航乗務員とのプロシージャ構築・評価の連携経験
  • ヒューマンファクター評価やHMI設計に関する基礎知識
  • システム安全解析（FHA / SSA / FMEA）結果を読解し、手順制限へ展開した経験
  • S1000D などの国際的な航空ドキュメント標準規格に準拠した文書作成・管理経験

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

給与

  • 想定年収：700万円 - 1000万円
  • 月給：584,000円~857,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 202,181円~299,697円を支給
