当社は、革新的な空の移動手段であるeVTOL（電動垂直離着陸機）の開発・事業化を推進しています。事業拡大に伴い、社内からのITに関するニーズが急速に増加しており、全社の生産性とセキュリティを支える「ITインフラ運用エンジニア」を募集します。

本ポジションは、拠点ネットワークの運用・現地対応、Intuneを用いた端末・アカウント管理、IT機器の購買・価格交渉などを幅広くお任せする役割です。リーダーが担当してきた業務を引き継ぎ、主体的かつ自走して業務を推進していただくことを期待しています。単なる技術特化型のエンジニアにとどまらず、社内外のステークホルダーと前向きに関わりながら物事を前進させる「外向き」な姿勢を重視しています。

1. 拠点ネットワーク運用・現地対応

  • 拠点ネットワークの運用・トラブル対応（愛知県内は自家用車、遠方はレンタカー等を活用して現場へ駆けつけ、原因切り分けから早期復旧まで対応）
  • ネットワークベンダー・回線事業者との折衝、調整、交渉

2. IT資産・機器購買管理

  • PC・IT機器の購買窓口対応、ベンダーとの価格交渉、IT資産管理

3. 端末・アカウント管理および基盤移行（MDM/Intune）

  • Intuneによる端末（PC・スマートフォン）および各種SaaS／システムのアカウント管理・ID管理
  • 端末管理基盤のIntune移行プロジェクト推進（社内展開から外部ベンダーとの価格交渉・手配まで主導）

4. ヘルプデスク・一次サポートおよびFAQ整備

  • 社内からのIT問い合わせサポート（一次対応、原因切り分け、適切なエスカレーション）
  • 問い合わせ削減・自己解決率向上のためのFAQ・マニュアル整備

5. その他（経験・スキルに応じた業務）

  • 社内AIツール（生成AI等）の利用サポート・活用推進
  • 人事情報管理ツール等と連携したアカウント管理・運用改善

必須スキル

  • IT関連資格を1つ以上お持ちの方（下記いずれか） パブリッククラウド資格（AWS / Azure / Google Cloud 等） IPA国家資格（ITパスポート / 基本情報技術者 等） ネットワーク・端末系ベンダー資格（CCNA / CompTIA Network+ 等）
  • IT情報システム部門等での実務経験（目安1年以上）
  • 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちで、日常的に車の運転ができる方（拠点トラブル発生時に車で現地対応を行うため）
  • 名古屋オフィスへ通勤可能な方（または入社時に転居が可能な方）

  • 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に折衝・調整ができるコミュニケーション能力・交渉力
  • 営業やベンダーコントロール・価格交渉のご経験（IT機器購買時に活かせます）
  • スタートアップや成長企業でのIT実務・運用経験
  • Intune等のMDM（モバイルデバイス管理）構築・運用経験、およびSaaSのID/アカウント管理経験
  • 生成AIツール等の活用推進、および全社サポートのご経験
  • フットワークが軽く、現場（拠点）へ素早く動ける対応力
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力

雇用形態

  • 正社員、もしくは契約社員
  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 必要に応じて出張が発生します。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

休日

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）
  • リフレッシュ休暇：勤続1,3,4,5年目に付与

給与

  • 想定年収：500万円 - 750万円
  • 月給：416,670円 ~625,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、144,289円 ~ 216,389円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定

  • 通勤手当、出張手当、単身赴任手当、引越し手当、他 ※諸条件あり
