In dieser vielseitigen Funktion betreuen Sie unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche ganzheitlich und verbinden das operative HR-Tagesgeschäft mit strategischen Fragestellungen. Dabei erhalten Sie viel Gestaltungsspielraum und können die Weiterentwicklung sowie Digitalisierung des Personalwesens aktiv mitprägen. Der Arbeitsort in der Region Seeland ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende begleiten Sie über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle und beraten kompetent bei operativen sowie strategischen HR-Fragestellungen
  • Den vollständigen Rekrutierungsprozess verantworten Sie selbstständig und wirken gleichzeitig bei der Weiterentwicklung einer attraktiven Arbeitgeberpositionierung mit
  • Bestehende HR-Prozesse analysieren und optimieren Sie und treiben deren Harmonisierung, Standardisierung sowie Digitalisierung gemeinsam mit dem Team voran
  • Bei Personalplanung, Organisationsentwicklung und strategischen HR-Themen wirken Sie aktiv mit, erstellen aussagekräftige Analysen und leiten geeignete Massnahmen daraus ab

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung als HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bringen Sie mit
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren generalistischen HR-Funktion zeichnet Sie aus; Erfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab; weitere Sprachen und Erfahrung mit Abacus oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • Eine proaktive, flexible und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Menschenkenntnis, analytischem Denkvermögen und unternehmerischer Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus
