Pour notre client, une entreprise suisse établie dans le secteur de la production, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord un Partenaire RH engagé à 80 - 100 %. Dans cette fonction polyvalente, vous prenez en charge différents secteurs de l'entreprise de manière globale et combinez les opérations RH quotidiennes avec des questions stratégiques. Vous bénéficiez d'une grande marge de manœuvre et pouvez contribuer activement au développement et à la numérisation des ressources humaines. Le lieu de travail dans la région du Seeland est facilement accessible en voiture comme en transports publics.

Vos tâches chez le nouvel employeur

  • Vous accompagnez les cadres et les collaborateurs tout au long du cycle de vie de l-employé et conseillez de manière compétente sur les questions RH opérationnelles et stratégiques
  • Vous êtes responsable de manière autonome de l-ensemble du processus de recrutement et contribuez en même temps au développement d-un positionnement attractif de l-employeur
  • Vous analysez et optimisez les processus RH existants et faites avancer leur harmonisation, standardisation ainsi que leur numérisation en collaboration avec l-équipe
  • Vous participez activement à la planification du personnel, au développement organisationnel et aux questions stratégiques RH, élaborez des analyses pertinentes et en déduisez des mesures appropriées

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Une formation commerciale de base ainsi qu-une formation complémentaire en tant que spécialiste RH avec brevet fédéral ou une qualification comparable
  • Une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en tant que Partenaire RH ou dans une fonction RH généraliste comparable ; une expérience dans un environnement de production ou industriel est un avantage
  • Une très bonne maîtrise de l-allemand ainsi que des compétences sûres en MS Office complètent votre profil ; d-autres langues et une expérience avec Abacus ou des systèmes RH comparables sont un plus
  • Une personnalité proactive, flexible et orientée service, dotée d-une grande connaissance des personnes, d-une pensée analytique et d-une approche entrepreneuriale du travail
