Die Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB ist die schweizerische Expertiseorganisation für Berufsbildung. Wir bilden Berufsbildungsverantwortliche aus und weiter, erforschen die Berufsbildung, entwickeln Berufe weiter und unterstützen die internationale Berufsbildungszusammenarbeit. Unsere Standorte befinden sich in Zollikofen bei Bern (Hauptsitz), Lausanne und Lugano, mit Aussenstandorten in Olten und Zürich.

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**

* Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Führungspersonen und Mitarbeitende in allen HR-Fragen. Sie beraten, begleiten und coachen von der Personalplanung und -gewinnung bis zum Austritt. * Sie konzipieren und setzen Massnahmen der Personalentwicklung um, unterstützen Führungspersonen bei Mitarbeitendengesprächen, Entwicklungsplanung und Nachfolgeregelungen und fördern eine lebendige Feedback- und Lernkultur. * Sie arbeiten in HR- und Organisationsprojekten mit oder leiten diese eigenständig, zum Beispiel bei Veränderungen und Transformationen, Prozessoptimierungen oder der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Instrumenten. * Sie begleiten Führungspersonen in anspruchsvollen Situationen wie Konflikten, Leistungsthemen oder Reorganisationen und vertreten dabei auch unbequeme Positionen klar und lösungsorientiert. * Sie übernehmen weitere Aufgaben im HR-Team und tragen mit Ihrer Initiative dazu bei, den Bereich HR als verlässliche Partnerin weiter zu stärken. * Sie sind die Stellvertreterin Ihrer Kollegin für die französische und italienische Schweiz.

**Ihr Profil**

* Sie verfügen über einen eidg. Fachausweis als HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Weiterbildungen in Change Management, Transformation, Organisationsentwicklung oder Projektmanagement sind ein Plus. * Sie bringen mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit. Erfahrung im Bildungsumfeld oder im öffentlichen Bereich ist sehr willkommen. * Sie haben Freude an neuen Herausforderungen, packen mit an und übernehmen Verantwortung, auch über Ihr Kerngebiet hinaus. * Sie sind mutig und zeigen Haltung: Sie sprechen Dinge an, bleiben bei Widerständen dran und lassen sich nicht so schnell aus der Ruhe bringen. * Gleichzeitig begegnen Sie Menschen mit Empathie und schaffen rasch Vertrauen, bei Mitarbeitenden ebenso wie bei Führungspersonen. * Sie arbeiten selbstständig, eigeninitiativ und speditiv und schätzen eine konstruktive, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit weiteren internen und externen Ansprechpartnern. * Ihre Muttersprache ist Deutsch, und Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch.
