We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative fluent in Dutch to join our team in Barcelona or Valencia. In this role, you'll assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, recommend suitable products and services, and contribute to sales growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order-related inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide professional customer service across all communication channels
  • Assist customers throughout the purchasing process
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in internal systems
  • Represent the brand professionally and positively in every customer interaction

✅ Requirements

  • professionally fluent Dutch
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Commercial mindset and ability to work towards sales targets
  • Confidence in recommending products and engaging with customers
  • Positive, motivated, and results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work on-site in Barcelona or Valencia
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, tele sales, or sales is an advantage
