Have strong German skills and enjoy solving technical problems?

Join an international customer support team in Bucharest, helping customers troubleshoot issues with home appliance products while developing your technical and customer service expertise.

What you’ll do: • Provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone • Troubleshoot product and technical issues and guide customers through solutions • Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate assistance • Document cases and customer interactions accurately • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams • Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience • Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets

What you bring: ✅ German C1 ✅ Strong verbal communication and troubleshooting skills ✅ Good technical understanding and computer literacy ✅ Customer service or technical support experience is preferred ✅ Strong attention to detail and organization ✅ Willingness to work on-site in Bucharest for the first 3 months ✅ Legal right to work in Romania
