Als Begeleider Specifieke Doelgroepen bij locatie Buitenhof combineer je welzijn en zorg op een unieke manier. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij een zinvolle daginvulling, stimuleert hun zelfredzaamheid en creëert momenten van plezier, structuur en verbinding. Tegelijkertijd help je bij ADL-zorg en heb je oog voor het welzijn en de persoonlijke behoeften van iedere bewoner. Samen met een betrokken multidisciplinair team draag je bij aan een warme, veilige leefomgeving waarin bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen. De combinatie van begeleiding, welzijn en zorg maakt deze functie afwisselend, betekenisvol en bijzonder waardevol.

Dit ga je doen als Begeleider Specifieke Doelgroepen

Als Begeleider Specifieke Doelgroepen op locatie Buitenhof begeleid je bewoners met psychogeriatrische (PG) en somatische zorgvragen in hun dagelijks leven. Je ondersteunt hen bij wat zij nodig hebben om een zo prettig en zelfstandig mogelijk leven te leiden. In de ochtend help je mee met de zorg en ADL-werkzaamheden, terwijl je je in de middag richt op welzijn, activiteiten en persoonlijke aandacht. Je stimuleert bewoners om actief te blijven en draagt bij aan een zinvolle daginvulling die aansluit bij hun wensen, mogelijkheden en interesses. Juist de combinatie van zorg en welzijn maakt deze functie veelzijdig en bijzonder, waarbij je samen met je collega's iedere dag werkt aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van de bewoners.

Voor deze functie beschik je minimaal over een mbo niveau 3 diploma Maatschappelijke Zorg (MZ) met uitstroomprofiel Zorg én Welzijn, zodat je de juiste basis hebt om bewoners te begeleiden en te ondersteunen bij zorgvraagstukken.

Je werkt zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend in deze functie, voornamelijk overdag.

Je begeleidt bewoners met zowel psychogeriatrische (PG) als somatische zorgvragen en combineert welzijnsactiviteiten met ADL-zorg. Deze brede aanpak maakt het werk afwisselend en geeft je de ruimte om echt een band op te bouwen met bewoners. Samen met je collega's maak je iedere dag betekenisvol.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.735 - € 3.592 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
