Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof, van februari tot en met september. Je doet het samen, met een team dat voor elkaar klaar staat.

Dit ga je doen als mbo Verpleegkundige

Als Verpleegkundige in de wijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van verplegende zorg aan cliënten in hun thuisomgeving. Je houdt hen scherp in de gaten en denkt proactief en preventief, vooral in situaties die snel veranderen. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de huisarts, betrekt familie en mantelzorgers actief bij de zorg en bent de steun en toeverlaat voor de wijkverpleegkundige. Je documenteert de geleverde zorg accuraat in het zorgsysteem, geeft heldere voorlichting en advies aan cliënten en hun omgeving over zorg en welzijn en draagt actief bij aan de teamontwikkeling en de continue verbetering van zorgprocessen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45: € 3.502,45 - € 4.245,84 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Een tijdelijk contract voor 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
