Als Zorgassistent (Plus) bij Careyn Rosendael draag je bij aan een fijne dag voor onze bewoners. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht op de afdeling, biedt ondersteuning bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zorgt voor een prettige woonomgeving en hebt vooral aandacht voor wat bewoners belangrijk vinden. Voor deze functie heb je geen zorgdiploma nodig; jouw betrokkenheid, sociale vaardigheden en passie voor de ouderenzorg maken het verschil. Sta je open om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen? Dan kun je via onze interne opleiding doorgroeien tot Zorgassistent Plus en extra zorgtaken leren uitvoeren.

Het betreft in eerste instantie een tijdelijke functie ter vervanging van langdurige afwezigheid binnen het team. Bevalt de samenwerking van beide kanten en zijn er mogelijkheden binnen Rosendael, dan onderzoeken we graag hoe we deze kunnen voortzetten.

Dit ga je doen als Zorgassistent (plus)

Als Zorgassistent op de afdeling Queekhoven van Careyn Rosendael zorg je voor een fijne en gezellige dag voor onze bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij maaltijden, houdt toezicht in de huiskamer, zorgt voor een nette en prettige leefomgeving en hebt oog voor het welzijn van bewoners.

Wil je meer leren? Dan kun je intern worden opgeleid tot Zorgassistent Plus, waarbij je ADL-werkzaamheden leert uitvoeren, zoals helpen bij het douchen, aankleden en begeleiden van bewoners naar het toilet.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je komt terecht op Queekhoven, een psychogeriatrische afdeling waar bewoners met dementie wonen en waar een warme, huiselijke sfeer centraal staat. Samen met verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen, welzijnsmedewerkers en vrijwilligers vorm je een hecht team dat bewoners ondersteunt bij een zo prettig en betekenisvol mogelijk dagelijks leven. De uitdaging ligt in het inspelen op de verschillende behoeften en belevingswerelden van bewoners, waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Wat Queekhoven uniek maakt, is de combinatie van persoonlijke aandacht, kleinschalig wonen en de sterke focus op welzijn, waardoor je echt de tijd hebt om een band op te bouwen met bewoners.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 15: € 2.401 - € 2.896 (o.b.v. 36 uur). Als Zorgassistent Plus kom je in FWG 20: € 2.488 - € 3.064 (o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
