Dit ga je doen als Eerst Verantwoordelijke Verzorgende

Als EVV ben je de spil in het zorgtraject van onze bewoners. Je verzorgt, verpleegt en begeleidt hen volgens het zorgleefplan en coördineert de zorgverlening.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Verlenen van verzorgende en verpleegtechnische zorg volgens het zorgleefplan.
  • Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand en hier proactief op handelen.
  • Formuleren, evalueren en bijstellen van zorgdoelen in samenspraak met het team.
  • Organiseren van en deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen.
  • Rapporteren en vastleggen van zorg en afspraken in het cliëntdossier.

Daarnaast biedt De Ark een fijne combinatie van een warme werksfeer en een praktische, goed bereikbare locatie. Kom je met de auto? Dan parkeer je gratis op ons eigen terrein, direct voor de deur. Reis je liever met het openbaar vervoer? Tram 16 of 17 brengt je naar halte Wateringse Veld, waar je eenvoudig overstapt op bus 30. Deze stopt namelijk direct voor onze deur.

Midden in het gezellige Wateringen vind je diverse lunchgelegenheden. Liever samen met collega's pauzeren? In ons sfeervolle restaurant kun je genieten van een ontspannen lunch en het gezellige contact met collega's.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 40: € 2.981,98 - € 3.864,43 (o.b.v. 36 uur per week).
  • Na proeftijd een vast contract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
