Bij Careyn draait alles om de best mogelijke zorg voor onze cliënten. Een fijne woon- en werkomgeving is daarbij onmisbaar. Daarom zoeken wij een Facilitair Medewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en ervoor zorgt dat onze locaties schoon, heel en veilig blijven.

In deze afwisselende functie werk je voornamelijk op onze locaties De Vier Ambachten in Spijkenisse en Bernissesteyn in Zuidland. Tijdens vakantieperiodes kun je ook worden ingezet op andere Careyn-locaties in de regio.

Dit ga je doen als Facilitair Medewerker

Als Facilitair Medewerker draag je dagelijks bij aan een prettige leefomgeving voor bewoners en een goed georganiseerde werkplek voor collega's. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de locaties, signaleert wat er speelt en zorgt ervoor dat facilitaire zaken snel en adequaat worden opgepakt.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Uitvoeren van kleine facilitaire en technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden, zoals het vervangen van lampen, kleine reparaties en het ophangen van materialen.
  • Ontvangen en begeleiden van externe leveranciers, monteurs en andere samenwerkingspartners.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne verhuizingen, transporten en het inrichten van ruimtes.
  • Assisteren bij de organisatie en uitvoering van evenementen en activiteiten.
  • Verzamelen, vervoeren en distribueren van goederen zoals post, linnengoed, voeding en afval volgens geldende richtlijnen.
  • Signaleren van onderhouds- en veiligheidsissues en hierover actie ondernemen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen bij afwezigheid van de Facilitair Coördinator.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 30: € 2.663,54 - € 3.410,16 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 28 tot 32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

Jij bent een praktische doener die zelfstandig werkt, maar ook graag samenwerkt met collega's, bewoners en externe partijen. Je vindt het leuk om op verschillende locaties te werken en geen dag hetzelfde te hebben.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • MBO werk en denkniveau.
  • Enige werkervaring binnen een facilitaire functie.
  • Technisch inzicht en twee rechterhanden.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een dienstverlenende en proactieve instelling.
  • Basiskennis van systemen zoals Outlook en Topdesk.
  • Een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
